Of course, Budva has plenty of salons, but most of them primarily speak Montenegrin. Personally, I can recommend Mikana. In this salon, they speak Montenegrin, Serbian, English, and Russian. This isn’t an ad, and I’m not getting anything from it—I just used their services for a long time, mostly for manicures and pedicures.
